Good City Cowork

GOOD CITY COWORK supports, connects, and encourages non-profits across a city. Many cities have many non-profits working for the good of the city. But most often nonprofits work in isolation, with little collaboration, and rare support beyond themselves.

GOOD CITY recognizes the good that these non-profits are doing, and the potential of collaboration between them. And after many years of supporting many non-profits, GOOD CITY also recognizes and is working to address the primary needs of those who are meeting the needs of others.

GOOD CITY supports those who support others.
GOOD CITY is working good for those who are doing good works.

What we do.

GOOD CITY COWORK ADDRESSES FOUR PRIMARY ARENAS OF SUPPORT TO SERVE THOSE WHO SERVE OUR CITY:

Every non profit needs space for their required  board meetings, training of their volunteers, rooms to strategize with their leadership, and a place to day office for administration.

And working in proximity to others, rather than in isolation, gives elevated opportunity for collaboration, relationship, and encouragement.

GOOD CITY COWORK provides space for these functions. 24/7 access is available to use a conference room, collaboration rooms, training rooms, and day desk space.

We want non-profit leaders to keep doing what they do best. And we will support them with other professionals from fields where non-profit leaders need the most support.

Most non-profit leaders are the best at what they do, living with passion and excellence in their arena of good. But often, the surrounding services needed to strengthen and elevate their organization are lacking.

The primary professional arenas identified by non-profits as a need for support are:

  • Accounting
  • Attorney/legal
  • Business Development
  • Marketing/Design

We invite local professionals to donate one person from their office for one day every eight weeks to support non-profit leaders.

Non-profit leaders from around the city sign up for a meeting with a professional at GOOD CITY COWORK.

Problems in a city can’t be solved alone- they need collaboration. With GOOD CITY Collaborative City Projects, non-profits in a city come together to attack problems from different approaches, of which they are experts.

Financial sustainability is one of the primary difficulties for non-profit leaders, and one of the main reasons the good they are doing is limited, or ends.

We help give guidance for enduring sustainability financially, and opportunity to create or partner with economic engines and ventures.

Occasionally, Angel Investors will have opportunities to meet non-profit leaders, hear of their projects and needs, and have opportunities to support various non-profits.
